Materials Testing and Inspection, Inc. completed a site geotechnical report for the subject
development on 16 July 2019. Based upon the elevation of expected seasonal high
groundwater contained within said report, I certify that the elevation of the street
centerlines portrayed on our project construction plans are a minimum of three feet above
said elevation. To confirm this statement, we have used the following data:
• Groundwater Depth Noted in the Report: At Ground Surface
• Ground Elevation at Observation Point: 2702.3 Feet
• Groundwater Elevation: 2702.3 Feet
• Elevation of Lowest Street Centerline: 2705.3 Feet
• Difference in Elevation: t3 Feet
