ITD has received application H-2021-0042 AZ, CPAM, MDA for review. The proposed subdivision does not meet the
threshold for analysis as set in ITD’s District Engineer Memo 39. ITD does not anticipate any significant traffic impact to
the State Highway system from this development and has no objections to the proposed development.
