All – While finalizing our FP application, we were addressing comments from ACHD and Joe at Meridian Fire regarding the cul-de-sac radius. Due to the timing of the comments, our intent was to update Sonya with the revised plans, plat, and CAD once the FP application process was initiated. As such, attached are the updated Construction Plans, Final Plat, and Autocad File with the revised cul-de-sac and fire signage, as well as revisions per ACHD first review comments. The attachments are named consistent with the FP Application Checklist and need to replace the respective files included in the initial FP application, prior your reviews. My apologies for the inconvenience; it is just the way the timing worked out. The Landscape Plan has not yet been updated with the enlarged cul-de-sac, but we plan to make that update once we have received ACHD approval.
