Hi Sonya, Thank you again for your time on the call today. Regarding the fence question, the City Council meeting minutes include the following testimony from yourself: "Wrought iron fencing is proposed to be constructed at the back edge of the street buffer along Linder Road and along the Kennedy Lateral easement." No other mention of the fencing was made during the meeting. Based on our phone conversation today, it sounded like the process for requesting a change of the fencing requirement hinged somewhat on the City Council's level of consideration of the subject. As discussed, the current owners of the subdivision would like to install 6' vinyl privacy fencing between the common lot 56 paralleling Linder and the private residential lots (i.e. at the back edge of the street buffer along Linder Road), which would be consistent with the surrounding developments along S. Linder Road. This would also provide a visual, sound and safety barrier between the road and the back yards of those residences. If the owners would like to pursue requesting a change of the fencing requirement, what would this entail? Is this something that could be done with a Landscape Plan Modification Application? Thank you again for your time and consideration in addressing our questions. Regards, Jason Waudby, P.E.
