Project Narrative
HB Boys is proposing to construct a Burger King restaurant with a drive-thru service.
The project will be located on Lot 11 of Block 1 of the Lost Rapids Subdivision in
Meridian, Idaho. Proposed site features include a 2,910 square foot building, parking
area, landscape and required utility services. The parcel is 0.88 acres which will be
developed in its entirety. The proposed access points align with the main circulation
path around the Costco parking lot. Sewer and water services are provided at the west
end of the parcel with irrigation service coming from the east. Stormwater will be
retained on site via above ground and below ground means. Landscaping will consist of
the requisite trees and planting species.
