Parks Plan Review Notes Kimberly Warren 10' detached, multi-use pathway required along Meridian
Road frontage. May be located within LS buffer. Does not

Planning Review Notes Alan Tiefenbach - Staff understands the proposed use would be a 12 bed
memory care or assisted living facility.
-This type of use would be classified as a nursing care or
residential care facility.
-This use would be allowed by conditional use in the L-O
zone district.
- Staff will need to see proof of access with this application.
- Please note a 20' landscape buffer is required in the L-O
zone district.
-A site plan, landscape plan and building elevations will be
required as part of the conditional use submittal.
- Please note the property directly abuts existing single
family residential. Staff implores the applicant to consider
