The single story branch sits on the north-western corner of the Linder Village Development on the corner of Linder Road and Chinden Boulevard. This lot within the development is known as “Lot 4” (“Building 2”) is 1.827 acres (79,622.5 Sq Ft) with setbacks and buffers to incorporate the City of Meridian’s city standards, a new Continuous Flow Intersection (CFI) at the intersection of Linder and Chinden, as well as various landscape and pedestrian buffers. The site incorporates a pedestrian connection from the interior of the site out to the corner of the Linder/Chinden intersection, as required by the development. The site’s entrance and exits to its parking and drive-through occur on the south-east side of the site to a roadway that connects to the Winco parking lot and comes off the Linder Roadway. A shared access also exists between the lot to the east at the northeast corner of the site and ties directly in with the parking of the eastern lot. The building sits in the center of the site with the main entrance at the south-west corner, and the drive-through at the west. The main parking to the building is to the east and south of the building with additional parking at the west of the drive-through, totaling forty-eight spaces. The drive through includes five atm lanes and one escape lane. It is entered from the south and exists north, veering east or west back through the site and out toward the south, existing the site. The remaining unpaved portion of the site is landscaped with lawn, bushes, trees and flowers. The building itself is a single story with a combination of low slope TPO roofing with parapets to screen roof top mounted mechanical systems, and a low slope metal shed roof at the entry. The building is to be constructed of brick and metal panel, matching the standards of the development. A recessed entry vestibule sits at the southeast corner of the building, flanked by precast concrete bases at the adjacent exterior walls. The credit union boasts a large lobby, coin machine room, teller, kiosk, check-writing stand, open offices, and private offices all at the public side of the facility. Beyond that lay a vault, hall with printing services and full height cabinetry storage, a storage room, mother’s room, restrooms, ATM/Electrical room,
