Jewel St., Meridian, ID, 83642 Dear Planning Staff, The owner of the property located at 2950 E. Jewel St. is proposing the construction of a new phased storage condo facility. The first phase will be a new 19,384 s.f. storage facility consisting of three buildings. The project will be used as a storage condo facility with office space and a shop on the main level and one living quarters in Building A with kitchen/dining, bedroom on the upper level. An elevator and staircase will lead to the upper level mezzanine and living quarters. Suite B and C will include the storage area with a mezzanine. Phase 2 of the project will expand on the proposed buildings in Phase I. The expanded buildings will be used as additional flex storage facility with optional future living quarters on each of the corner units.
