PZ - Elevations Discussion From: Anaie Cuellar To: Alan Tiefenbach Subject: FW: FW: Elderberry Estates Date: Monday,July 12,2021 6:11:40 PM Attachments: imaae.ona External Sender-Please use caution with links or attachments. Alan, In the email below is a rendering of what the developers are looking at. However they have expressed to me that they want each building to have it's own unique look. They don't want the buildings looking exactly alike. They were planning on bringing forth more detailed drawings during design review. But if you need more let me know. I'll let Jonathan weigh in since I am guessing. They won't all look like this: ^t i https://www.simplicit)i homes.com/model/king-duplex/#floorplan One Ascent LLC Chad Joy Owner I One Ascent LLC mobile: 208.789.1849 email: mr.chad.Joy(&gmail.com From:Alan Tiefenbach <atiefenbach(@meridiancit)l.org> Sent: Monday, July 12, 2021 2:36 PM To:Angie Cuellar<acuellarmasonandassociates.us> Subject: Elderberry Estates Angie, I am going through your submittal for the Elderberry Estates. One of the requirements, especially for Old-Town zone districts, are building elevations. You have submitted a file called "Concept Plan and Elevations" but there are no conceptual building elevations. I'll need these before I can schedule this case for hearing. The Planning Commission (and Council) will definitely want to see them.
