SURVEYORS NARRATIVE
THIS SURVEY WAS MADE AT THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER OF THE
PROPERTY TO CREATE TWO LARGER PARCELS, BY VACATING EXISTING
LOT LINES BYAPPUCA71ON WITH THE CITY OF MERIDIAN. I FOUND
THE EXISTING MONUMENTS USING THE PLAT OF LARKSPUR 1 AND
ROS 10168 AND 10399, ALL FOUND MONUMENTS FIT GOOD. NO
ENCROACHMENTS WERE EVIDENT AT THE TIME OF THIS SURVEY
WHICH WAS PERFORMED IN IULY OF 2018.
