The City of Meridian had been undergoing amazing growth in community and
developments. With growth comes needs for the residents of Meridian and their furry family
members. Located at 3030 S Meridian road is an existing building that is split into two tenant
spaces, one currently being Sherwin Williams and the other being the new home for Animal
Urgent Care. This urgent care facility will provide emergency services to pets, with an open
exam space and 3 private exam rooms. No operations,overnight stays or boarding will take
place in this facility. Goal of this animal urgent care facility is to model it after a “quick care’
concept, but for pets. Pet owners will not be allowed in the back of house care facility.
The existing building is newly finished and will not undergo any exterior architectural
changes or demolition.
Parking:
All site parking will remain as existing, no exterior site work will be done under this permit
package. The existing amount of provided standard stalls, is 37 plus 2 ada stalls and an
unloading aisle.

●Bike parking is existing and will remain.
●All pedestrian walkways are existing and will remain per the City of Meridian.
●All vegetation and planning will remain as existing,if any damage occurs during
construction vegetation must be replaced.
