qualify for the district the subject property needs to be annexed into the City of Meridian.
Kobe LLC is requesting annexation into the City of Meridian. The subject property is requesting
annexation and applying far a CG zone designation with a Development Agreement. Kobe LLC is
proposing a future mixed use neighborhood with commercial out pads located on the arterials
