get this process started.
Following the neighborhood meeting, you will need to submit
a narrative, legal description of the area being rezoned and
annexed, deed to the property, vicinity map, and $2,086 fee.
Following submittal of application materials, staff will
schedule this for public hearing with the Planning
Commission and City Council.
Staff recommends rezoning to R-2. There will likely be a
development agreement which requires rezoning to a mixed
use zone district and conceptual plans prior to any
development on the property.
