CITY OF MERIDIAN
The Development Surety Agreement, recorded as Instrument # 2019-037139, entered by and between
the City of Meridian (“City”), a Municipal Corporation, and C15, LLC., (“Developer”), has been
satisfied in accordance with the City’s requirements.
Attached hereto is the City Engineer’s letter confirming completion of all the required Public
Improvements set forth in the Agreement and the City’s consent to release of the warranty surety.
