Hello Liz & Jessica,
Grading & drainage was brought up during the comprehensive plan. The Staff acknowledged there were
complaints by residents concerning grading & drainage. Per staff this would need to be a UDC change and not
part of Comprehensive Plan. I was told Developers didn’t want a UDC for grading & drainage. You can confirm
with Susan.
It would be great to have follow up with staff, resident past complaints and a better definition of the UDC for
grading & drainage.
