CITY OF MERIDIAN RESOLUTION NO. 21-2272 BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BERNT, BORTON, CAVENER, HOAGLUN, PERREAULT, STRADER A RESOLUTION VACATING A 5-FOOT DRAINAGE, UTILITY CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE EASEMENT WITHIN A PORTION OF LOTS 2 AND 3 AS SHOWN ON HERITAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 2, BOOK 23 PAGE 1453, WITHIN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST '/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST,BOISE MERIDIAN, CITY OF MERIDIAN,ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS,on June 22,2021 the City Council of Meridian,held a hearing on the vacation of the 5-foot drainage, utility construction and maintenance easement within a portion of lots 2 and 3 as shown on Heritage Subdivision no. 2,book 23,page 1453, within the southwest 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho; and WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said described vacation; and NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO: Section 1. That the 5-foot drainage,utility construction and maintenance easement within a portion of lots 2 and 3 as shown on Heritage Subdivision no. 2, book 23,page 1453, within the southwest 1/4 of the northwest %4 of Section 32, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, as attached in Exhibit A, is hereby vacated. Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval. Passed by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho,this 6th day of July,2021.
