Commencing at a Brass Cap monument marking the northwest corner of said NW %4 of the NE '/4, from
which an Aluminum Cap monument marking the northeast corner of the NE '/4 of said Section 33 bears S
89°14'44" E a distance of 2660.44 feet;
Thence along the northerly boundary of said NW%4 of the NE/14 S 89014'44" E a distance of 20.00 feet to
a point;
Thence leaving said northerly boundary S 0'19'12" W a distance of 37.00 feet to a point on the southerly
right-of-way of E. Amity Road as shown in Instrument No. 2017-093101, records of Ada County, Idaho, and
the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence along said southerly right-of-way S 89°14'44" E a distance of 180.01 feet to a point on the westerly
boundary of said Garoutte Acres Subdivision;
Thence along said westerly boundary N 0019'12" E a distance of 7.00 feet to a point marking the northwest
