I was able to make most of the requested modifications to the concept plan. The only issue I ran into was providing both
the southern connection and the common lot split between the lots. There wasn’t enough room to make both fit so I
opted for the southern connection.

Hi Andrew,
Would it be possible to modify the concept plan as follows?:
Depict the footprint of the structures
Include a min. 15’ wide common lot centrally within the block between the building lots with a 5’ pedestrian
pathway (& 5’ landscaping on each side of the path) leading from the sidewalk along the private street to the
common area at the back side of the building lots.
Change the “site amenity” label to “gazebo”
Include a pedestrian pathway along the southern boundary of the site connecting to the pathway that stops at
the south boundary.
