Hi Joe, We have reviewed the Staff report and agree with all your recommendations. We are working with our tenants to see if we can move their drive-thru windows to allow for some additional stacking beyond the order boards. For the DR and CZC site plans, I will be adding a note to delineate the different material for the pedestrian walkway and removing a portion of the raised curb for an escape lane. I have a power point presentation that I would like to present to the Commission, besides that do you need me to submit a revised site plan? I am putting the last finishing touches on the presentation and should have it over to you by noon tomorrow. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
