We live in the Paramount subdivision. The proposed changes to City Code regarding the parking of RVs,
trailers, boats, and similar vehicles are causing no end of confusion and alarm in our neighborhood. Any
attempt to weaken our ability to control the appearance and safety of our neighborhood streets would be
unwelcome in the extreme.
We are aware of the statement in the Notes that such changes would not affect communities regulated by
HOAs and their governing documents. However, Notes are not Code, and we respectfully request the City
Council to state explicitly that the current requirements for parking & storage of these vehicles remain
unchanged and enforceable.
