Project/Application Name: Cole Valley Christian School Temporary Portables
Cole Valley Christian School Temporary Portables The total project consists of installing 4 temporary
portables classrooms for the temporary period of 4 years per UDC 11-4-3-14-F1. The portables will require
water, sewer, and electrical utilities. 1 ADA stall will also be included to provide an accessible parking stall
for the portables. All other parking will be provided by the existing Cole Valley parking lot. There will not be
Description of work: an additional trash enclosure as part of this temporary installment. All trash will be carried to existing Cole
Valley receptacles. No additional lighting is being proposed with this project. There is existing street lighting
at Washington and 2 '/2 street. Cole Valley Christian School needs temporary classroom space while they
pursue and construct their new campus. These portables will be removed upon its completion and relocation
of the school to its new campus.

Planning Review Notes: " CUP & Design Review is required for temporary
portable classrooms (4) if they don't comply with
the standards listed in UDC 11-4-3-14F.4.
*The existing CUP for the auxiliary field (CUP-13-
013) needs to be modified to allow the proposed
structures to be erected on the site (condition #1.3
states, "No structure shall be erected on the site
without modification to the subject CUP."
* Comply with the specific use standards listed in
UDC 11-4-3-14F for portable education
institutions.
*The proposed use shall be tied to the specific
user(i.e. CVCS)- if the user vacates the site
earlier than 4 years, the portables shall be
removed at that time.
*A lesser time period than 4 years may be
approved for the portable structures.
*A landscaped street buffer may be required.
