Dear Mr. Parsons:
Attached to this letter is the Conditional Use Permit application for Cole Valley Christian School
Temporary Portables. This application includes parcel S1107244450.
We are seeking conditional use approval to install 4 temporary portables classrooms for the temporary
period of 4 years at the above listed site. The site is located directly across 2 %Street for the existing
high school campus. The portables will require water, sewer, and electrical utilities. 1 ADA stall will also
be included to provide an accessible parking stall for the portables. All other parking will be provided by
the existing Cole Valley parking lot. There will not be an additional trash enclosure as part of this
temporary application. All trash will be carried to existing Cole Valley receptacles. No additional lighting
is being proposed with this project. There is existing street lighting at Washington and 2% street. Cole
Valley Christian School needs temporary classroom space while they pursue and construct their new
campus. These portables will be removed upon its completion and relocation of the school to its new
campus.
