Marla,
You can request the change but Staff can’t support the request because there isn’t enough room spatially for the one-
way drive aisle to access the parking/escape lane and the stacking lane for the drive-through. There appears to only be
18’ from the back edge of the street buffer to the end of the parking stall; a minimum 13’ wide drive aisle is required for
access to the parking stalls/escape lane, which only leaves 5’ for the stacking lane which isn’t adequate. You could
possibly do a couple of parallel stalls (9’ x 23’).

The owner would like to request that we retain the (5) northern parking spaces as employee
parking. Although the parking requirement is 2 for our square footage, we do think that there could be up to
5 employees and we could see customers coming and staying for a few hours as coffee shops often encourage
hanging out.
May I request that this condition be revised during the hearing?
