Summerfield Way, parcel No. R8220200620 in Meridian, Ada County, Idaho. The parcel is leased lot with an approximate .266 acre lot located in an R-4 Zone within the Summerfield Subdivision and is the site for the new municipal water treatment facility. The proposed water treatment facility is planned to be a single story, 1,760 sf building constructed with masonry block, wood trusses and standing metal seam roofing. This facility will house the filter tank, liquid hypochlorite storage and electrical / mechanical components to run the well pump. The well pump will be located outside the facility. The new building will be situated near the north edge of the lot which will be fully landscaped with the treatment facility being fenced. The facility design is also being coordinated with the subdivision HOA. The existing 8 foot wrought -iron style security fencing around will be removed and re -installed after the construction of this facility. This is to ensure the health and safety of the public drinking water supply is not compromised by unauthorized personnel entering the site. Primary landscaping, including trees along Summerfield Drive on the south side of the well lot will be installed during construction. Thank you for your time and consideration.
