Please find enclosed final plat application for Poiema Subdivision. This project consists of 48
single family building lots, 1 buildable lot reserved for a future church and 8 common lots on
14.88 acres in the R-15 zone.
Required site amenity proposed for this project is a small water feature with bench seating area
located on lot 36, block 1.
Statement of Conformance
This final plat is in conformance with: (1) The uses and layout as shown on the approved
preliminary plat; (2) The use requirements and provisions of the UDC; and, (3) Acceptable
