Re: Skybreak Neighborhood
Dear Vantage Pointe Homeowners:
Per Meridian's City Council direction, we have updated the Preliminary Plat for the Skybreak
Neighborhood. We have added large lots on the southern boundary of the property that abuts
the Vantage Pointe Subdivision.
Please refer to illustration below that depicts the changes to the lot layout along the southern
boundary of the Skybreak Neighborhood:

We have retained the 30' setbacks along the rear property lines and 15' setback on the side-
yard along the boundary. We have also retained the non-build area that we proposed with our
application.
