On May 18, 2021, you were sent via regular U.S. Mail and by email a copy of the Second Amendment to the
Meridian Revitalization Plan Urban Renewal Project (the “Second Amendment”), concerning the
deannexation of two distinct geographic areas from the existing Meridian Revitalization Plan Project Area (also
referred to as the “Downtown District”) of the Urban Renewal Agency of Meridian, Idaho, also known as
Meridian Development Corporation (“MDC”). In follow up to that earlier transmittal, enclosed please find
Attachment 1B and Attachment 2B to the Second Amendment, the final surveyed maps and legal descriptions
of the boundaries of the deannexed areas. You will also receive these via postal mail.
