Good morning, Sonya.
The outdoor stage is located within the patio space which is fully enclosed by an 8’ tall fence. The patio is designed to
seat 71 people and additional seating is not intended to be provided for stage performances. During warmer months,
the stage is expected to be used about once a week in the afternoons until the venue closes.
Given the size of the patio and the stage itself, performances are limited to small musical acts. Further, no additional
sound equipment is used for any performances as all music is channeled through the building’s integrated sound system.
Regarding its location, see below screenshot of the floor plan noting the location of the stage in the outdoor patio. If you
have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you! Looking forward to speaking next week.

Can you please give more info on the outdoor stage/music venue? Where it will be located (depicted on a site plan if not
inside building), how many seats it will have if outside, hours of operation, how often, etc. Thanks

Hi Sonya,
Yes, the thirteen most northern houses (on both side of Rolling Hills) have all be demolished and scraped down to grade.
In other words, all of the houses to the east of our property line (all the way over to the canal), and all the houses south
going all the way to our property line, are gone. Everything along there is scraped. I’ve attached an exhibit to better
illustrate – everything in black has been scraped.
Google Earth still shows the houses, but if you drive by there is looks awesome! But in this case, “beauty” truly is in the
eye of the beholder!
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you,
Tonn K. Petersen

Hey Tonn,
Have all of the houses been scraped that are/were directly adjacent to Rackham to the east that were purchased by
BVA?
Thanks,
