I would like to see Meridian enforce the current ordinance. Parking an RV in a drive way often blocks a neighbor's ability
to see oncoming pedestrian and street traffic. Please consider what it looks like to live in a neighborhood that has an RV
in every front or side yard. Are you going to regulate how many RV's per block? Will the RV's need to be in usable
condition? How will you keep them from using the RV as additional living space? You don't enforce the current
ordinance now, so how would you enforce compliance to your new rules? Your refusal to enforce the current ordinance
should in no way give credence to allowing everyone to park in their yard.
I wish I could see how this would make a positive difference in property values. It can't.
