CC - Revised Appeal NarrativeL� BOON INVESTMENTS June 8, 2021 RE: CR-2021-0004 -The Oasis - CR -Appeal Hearing To Whom It May Concern: This letter is to provide a narrative as to the reason for our appeal. After review of the Meeting Notes from May 20, 2021, page 147, section H Parking: the document states there is an existing cross -parking agreement in place for the site. This is a false statement. Although we have had conversations with Mr. Tsai, we do not intend to approve or grant cross -parking. It is stated as a staff condition/requirement of the approval that The Oasis must provide 125 spaces which are not available without our agreement. It's unclear from the site plans and the meeting minutes, whether these 125 parking spaces are solitarily confirmed to the corner lot. This singular use occupies in excess of 100% of the total available onsite parking without even contemplating parking for 34 other onsite uses. Without this consideration, the burden will be placed upon us, as the neighboring parcel. Since we have filed for the hearing, we have been contacted by multiple residents interested in joining our efforts to support the appeal.
