Expansion & Addition of Pharmacy Canopy

To whom it may concern,
On behalf of our client, Walmart Stores, Inc., we are submitting documents for proposed
changes to an existing Walmart Supercenter.
We are proposing an expansion of the grocery stockroom to accommodate the increasing
online shopping demand as well as the installation on a new pharmacy metal canopy.
The current building materials, such as stone and brick, will remain intact and these
materials will be part of the proposed scope of work.
• Expansion
Walmart would like to expansion the grocery stockroom to approximately 3,000sq/ft. as
well as add additional Online Grocery Pickup designated parking stalls.
• New pharmacy metal canopy
Walmart would like to reconfigure the pharmacy pick up area and install a 2-lane pharmacy
metal canopy. Landscaping and traffic flow will be re-designed to accommodate the store
and surroundings existing flow.
