Mayor and City Council Members,
As a united group of concerned citizens about the Planning and Zoning approval of the
Oasis Nightclub at the corner of Ustick Road and Eagle Road, we, the individuals
named below as, examples of and on the behalf of a larger group of similarly minded
citizens, are writing to request an appeal hearing. This is our formal notice and request
for an appeal of the approved Conditional Use Permit for The Oasis (H-2021-0004).
We are requesting an appeal hearing on this item within the fifteen (15) days following
the written decision being issued. This occurred on May 20, 2021.
