This stub must be used or abandoned at the main. • A new manhole will need to be installed and it's possible that the sewer main will need to be extended in order to serve both lots. • A portion of this property does appear to be within the floodplain. Please contact Jason Korn for more information at Ikorn meridiancity.org • It is important to note there are amenities there were required with previous filings such as a bridge,fencing and walkways, that might not yet be installed.This must be done before this next phase is completed. Note:A Traffic Impact Study(TIS)will be required by ACHD for large commercial projects and any residential development with over 100 units. To avoid unnecessary delays&expedite the hearing process, applicants are encouraged to submit the TIS to ACHD prior to submitting their application to the City.
