Dear Planning Staff,
The owner of the property located at 3336&3340 N. Meridian Rd. is proposing the new construction of
an approximately 5,800 s.f. residential care facility. The proposed use of the building will be a care facility
for the elderly,featuring 12 bedrooms for residence and one office for staff. Dining, entertainment,
laundry and storage shall be provided on-site for the residence.The facility will provide an aesthetic of
residential style and feel for the residence and neighbors.
The proposed project will help infill Settlers Crossing office complex. This type of facility would have very
little impact to parking and traffic in the complex and the surrounding area.
