Commencing at the East 1/4 of Section 36 from which the Southeast corner of
said Section 36 bears South 00005'08" East, 2669.88 feet; thence North 89°21'32"
West, 33.00 feet to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING.
thence continuing North 89021'32" West, 32.01 feet to the West right-of-way
line of State Highway No. 69, as shown on the right-of-way plans for Federal Aid
Project No. STP-3782(101) on file in the office of the Idaho Transportation Department;
thence on said West right-of-way line the following four (4) courses and
distances:
