1. Per Idaho Code 74-206(1)(b) To consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining
of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee,
staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
Bernt: Mr. Mayor?
Simison: Councilman Bernt.
Bernt: I move -- I move that we go into Executive Session per Idaho Code 74-
206(1)(b).
Cavener: Mr. Mayor, second the motion.

discussion? If not, Clerk will call the roll.

Bernt: I move that we come out of Executive Session.
Cavener: Second the motion.
Simison: I have a motion and a second to come out of Executive Session.All in
favor signify by saying aye. Opposed nay. The ayes have it.We are out of Executive
