I am going to copy Alan Tiefenbach, Associate Planner, so that he can answer. Alan works with the details (and understands them) while I am listening for denial/approval/continuance. I will add your email to the record when I get in the office so that your comments are there for Council to review. The next public hearing will be at 6:00pm on June 29. The public hearing is still open so you will have the opportunity to provide feedback on any new information the applicant submits (or about any part of the project). Safe travels! We just signed off the Council meeting for tonight. We are currently out of town listening in with youtube, so I wanted to verify our understanding of councilman Bernd’s suggestion to Jim Conger, that he would extend the half acre lots along the south border of the Skybreak Sub application to the Farr lateral to create a better transition? Given the discussion/negotiation tonight, we would like it to be known that the application doesn’t reflect our western property boundary correctly. This is why I would like to have confirmation of what was said about the 1/2 acre lots extended clear to the Farr lateral. It looks like the next step in the process for Skybreak Sub H-2020-0127, after being denied by the Planning and Zoning Commission, is for the developer to go directly to the Council for an appeal? This is currently scheduled for May 25, 2021. I thought I saw that the developer had to appeal the P&Z decision, but I haven't found that appeal posted. Additionally, the developer submitted a response to staff comments that supposedly address and offer suggestions to the Council to adopt their recommendations. How does this work? Do we write comments to refute the developer response to staff comments? 1 My question for you, is do we send comments directly to the Council related to this project in addition to comments we have already submitted during the P&Z meeting process and directly respond to the suggestions to the Council from the developer? When are the new comments due, if suggested?
