Franklin Road will be a commercial office building with two separate tenants inside the shell. The building is owned and operated by Joe Chandler, who will occupy a portion of the building. The building will be all new construction - 4,167 square feet single-story structure. The exterior will be off-white stucco with light colored stone accents, dark roof & trim, a barrel vaulted metal roof over the entry piece and dark trimmed architectural windows & fascia. The size and scale of the building are similar to the other nearby commercial buildings. The front elevation features a large stone wall in the center for the common entrance into the building. Complementary landscaping will accent the building, parking stalls and sidewalks. There will be sidewalks on three sides of the building adjacent to the parking for pedestrian access. Along the sides of the building and in parking islands native trees and plants will be planted.
