RE : Relinquishment of Easement within Heritage Subdivision No .2
Dear Terry:
We have been requested by Denton & Anncheri Roberts, the owners of Lots 2&3 of Block 1, in the
Heritage Subdivision No.2 ( Bk. 23, Pg. 1453 Ada Co. Records), to vacate the easement between Lots
2&3 reserved by the plat (see attached ) .
The owners are consolidating the 2 Lots into 1 Parcel for new construction of a house and detached
garage . An additional five feet was granted to Idaho Power Company along the north and east sides of
Lot 2 their lines were moved underground in that alignment. They will grant you additional rights in
this alignment if needed .
The easement created by Heritage Subdivision No . 2 is no longer necessary. The only facilities identified
within this portion was those of Idaho Power Company. By signing this document, Sparklight
relinquishes its' interest in the easement described in the attached documents .

113131269) lying 5 -feet left and right of the center line, more particularly described as follows :
COMMENCING at the West corner common to said Lots 2 and 3 as monumented by a found 1/2-inch
rebar, placed cap stamped "ELSI PLS 8575", thence South 89°31 ' 13 " East, 5 .00 feet along the line
common to said Lots 2 and 3, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
