Qwest Corporation d/b/a CENTURYLINK QC ("CenturyLink") has reviewed the request for the
subject vacation and has determined that it has no objections with respect to the areas proposed
for vacation, which is the public utility easement as described by the plat of Heritage Subdivision
No 2, bordering Lot 3, Block 1.
It is the intent and understanding of CenturyLink that this Vacation shall not reduce our rights to
any other existing easement or rights we have on this site or in the area.
This vacation response is submitted WITH THE STIPULATION that if CenturyLink facilities are
found and/or damaged within the vacated area as described, the Applicant will bear the cost of
relocation and repair of said facilities.

23 Page 1453, within the Southwest 1/4, of the Northwest 1/4, of Section 32, Township 4 North, Range
1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, being a (portion of Warranty Deed Instrument No.
113131269) lying 5-feet left and right of the center line, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the West corner common to said Lots 2 and 3 as monumented by a found 1/2-inch
rebar, placed cap stamped "FLSI PLS 8575", thence South 89°31'13" East, 5.00 feet along the line
common to said Lots 2 and 3, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing along said line South 89°31'13" East, 242.95 feet to the POINT OF TERMINUS.
The side lines of this easement are to be lengthened or shortened to form a closed figure.
