The application before you is for the vacation of a relinquished easement previously over a portion of the property located
at 1630 E. Paradise Ln.to facilitate the consolidation of the parcels located at 1630 E. Paradise Ln., Meridian, ID 83646
(parcel#'s R3581510030& R3581510020). The parcels have previously received approval for annexation into the City of
Meridian,and will be consolidated once the previous easement is formally vacated. This will allow for the construction of
one single-family home, as well as associated site, and landscape improvements.
