Dear Resident,
Prior to submittal of a Planning and Zoning application, Meridian City Code requires a meeting
between the applicant and neighbors. This is your notice to meet and review a new coffee shop.
This is not a public hearing, and public officials will not be present. If you have questions regarding
meeting requirements, please contact the Meridian Planning & Development Services Department.
Purpose To review the preliminary site plan and elevations for the building.
When: Tuesday May 4, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
Where 4736 N. Park Crossing Ave, Suite 110 (between Precision Floors and Shape Fitness)
Project Description This project is located at 4744 N. Park Crossing Avenue (currently vacant pad site)
This proposed project is a 620 sf coffee shop with drive thru window. If you have questions about the
