Bill/Alan, Please see attached zipper file that will inflate into 9 pdfs some of which are revised and updated and some that are new to the submittal. The pdfs are as follows: 2105 18 Andorra Pre-Plat-StreetNames REVISED.pdf Description: [Revised document] The street name committee rejected many of the names that were previously submitted for Andorra Sub. We could see we needed to resolve this so 1 pushed forward with the Street Name Committee. They asked us for some new names and they hope to get to them approved this week. We had to act quick to 1 some research and generated a list of names that appeared approvable. We've been given a tentative thumbs up on the names in yellow(see attached pdf)—but the full committee must agree when they meet this week. We can change them later if needed...this just gets everyone on the same page (discussion, concepts, plats, CD's, agency/staff reports, etc.). 2105 18 Andorra Subdivision_AdaCountyNameReservation_2103222.pdf Description: [Additional document] Subdivision Name Reservation Approval. 2105 18 concept site plan.pdf Description: [Revised document] Street names have been revised. Open space numbers have been revised to only reflect areas included in 675 and 715 S Wells. 1 2105 18 open space exhibit.pdf Description: [Additional document] Diagram showing open space areas on 675 and 715 S Wells with updated totals. 2105 18 common drive exhibit.pdf Description: [Additional document] Diagram showing the three proposed common drive locations with dimensions and notes. 2105 18 Landscape Plan Corrections.pdf Description: [Revised document] This multiple page pdf now includes multiple enlarged areas that include all areas of the overall project site. A planting typologies sheet is now included as well as two sample planting plans indicative of typical site areas. 2105 18 Narrative Parking Alternative Compliance for Bulb Outs.pdf Description: [Additional document] This narrative is specifically for the Alternative Compliance Request for Parking based on using the bulb out spaces to reach the 244 required stalls for the northern residential portion of the project. We understand that this is a separate application and are submitting it as such. Please advise us of additional fees due. 2105 18 bulb out exhibit.pdf Description: [Additional document] This exhibit is paired with the narrative directly above as supporting documentation. 2105 18 Narrative REVISED.pdf Description: [Revised document] The following revisions have been made: 1. Slight wording modifications to make the narrative clearer. 2. Site Demarcation section that clarifies what we are referring to as north and south portions of the overall project site. The line of demarcation runs along the centerline of Five Mile Creek. The northern portion includes the single family homes and the office. The southern portion includes the assisted living and memory care facility. 3. Updates have been made to the open space areas and a description of internal pedestrian and bicycle connectivity and links to surrounding communities have been added. 2 4. In addition to the common drive exhibit, we have included a section describing in detail the three locations of proposed common drives. Both requirements and proposed are outlined so a comparison can be easily made. 5. The statement regarding overall project parking required vs.parking provided has been removed as it seems to make the wrong case. 6. Mention is made of the separate Alternative Compliance Request for Parking. We believe the attached pdfs fulfill the outstanding required supporting documents and that they have been revised to help make a clear case for all aspects of our proposal. Please let me know if you need anything additional. Thanks for your help with this project.
