Hey Joseph,
looks good. Our landscape buffer width is consistent and matches in with Prevail 1 and 2...we have 10'++ of
landscaping in front of the pathway within the ROW. Its really extra wide ITD right-of-way due to the previous
slope in the area but they wont give it back. So we landscape it. so we have 35' plus buffer including the 10'
pathway.
