the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the
City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing
at the Meridian City Hall,33 East Broadway Avenue,Meridian,
Idaho,at the hour of 6:00 p.m.on Tuesday,June 1,2021 for
the purpose of reviewing and considering the following appli-
cations:
City of Meridian Planning Division for a UDC Text
Amendment for text amendments to update certain sections
of the City's Unified Development Code (UDC) pertaining to
the Landscape Requirements and Common Open Space and
Site Amenity Requirements in Chapter 3;Multi-family Common
Open Space Design Requirements in Chapter 4;and Various
other Amendments in Chapters 1-5 and 7 for 2021 UDC Text
Amendment (ZOA-2021-0002), located at 33 E. Broadway
Ave.
CSHQA for a Modification to the Use Area Plan in the De-
velopment Agreement(Inst.#2019-028376)to allow financial
uses in the area currently designated for specialty retail and
restaurant uses for Linder Village (H-2021-0034), located at
6308 N.Linder Rd.
Engineering Solutions,LLP for Annexation of 25.67 acres
of land with a C-G (General Retail and Service Commercial)
zoning district and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 9 com-
mercial buildable lots on 19.26 acres of land in the C-G zoning
district for Artemisia Subdivision (H-2021-0014), located at
1690 W.Overland Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above-noted time and date.Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person.Written testi-
