Hi Alan,
The buildings were built at different times. The main building was rebuilt in 1990. The following dates are from the
drawings we have. We do not have construction completion dates.

2. Maintenance Building (We have no plans) Unknown
3. Classrooms / Student Services / Auditorium 1990
4. Classroom wing from the hallway in Cafeteria 1991
5. Wes Lowe Gymnasium April, 1983
6. Bill Berg Gymnasium July, 1991
7. Technology (Bldg. 500) June, 1995

Bill and I talked about this. Since you are a school, we can process the CZC and the DES review concurrently. You can
submit the entire package now. Everything should be done by mid-June.

We received notification for the CUP hearing on 6/3. I will get you the sign posting verification once it is on the site.
We turned in the DES – Design Review submittal to the City and it went through for review today.
Could you please tell me the time line for the CZC after the hearing? I am trying to establish a schedule for our Building
Permit review submittal.

MERIDIAN MIDDLE SCHOOL CAFETERIA ADDITION - CUP
This email is to inform you that the subject application is scheduled to be heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission
on 06/03/2021. The hearing will be held at the Meridian City Hall, 33. E. Broadway Avenue, in the City Council Chambers
at 6:00 p.m.
The public hearing sign must be posted on the property under consideration not less than 10 days prior to the scheduled
hearing. Proof of posting shall be submitted to the City no later than 7 days prior to the public hearing. Click the
