See my mark up below. If the new manhole in the parking lot was moved further to the east then the light pole would be
located outside of the easement.

Tyson, I’m confused by the below comment. In order to get the light pole out of the easement, you are recommending
they move the MANHOLE in the parking lot to the east? You said you marked up the plan, but I don’t see anything in
your email. Can you draw on this or something in red to show me what you are suggesting?

Hey Alan,
So we discussed having the light pole in the sewer easement and instead of us making an exception it would be better if
they just slide the manhole in the parking lot more to the east. That way the light pole is outside the easement. See the
attached markup.
