If the new manhole in the parking lot was moved further to the east then the light pole would be located outside of the easement. In order to get the light pole out of the easement, you are recommending they move the MANHOLE in the parking lot to the east? You said you marked up the plan, but I don’t see anything in your email. Can you draw on this or something in red to show me what you are suggesting? 1 Move the manhole to the east until the light pole is no longer in the easement.
