NorICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the laws of the State of Idaho, that Melody L. Twomey, has filed with the
Zoning Adminstrator of the City of Meridian an Application for an Accessory: Use
Permit for the operation of a Family Child Care out of her home at 420 East
Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho; This permit allows her to care up to Five (5)
Children in her home.
Cæments, either objecting or approving said Application
must be filed with the Zoning Adminstrator within fifteen (15) days after the
publication of this notice and shall be addressed to Jack Niemann, Zoning
Adminstrator, City of Meridian, 33 East Idaho Street, Meridian, Idaho 83642.
If there are objections filed within the time period allowed the Planning and
Zoning Commission shall hold a public hearing on the Application, after proper
notice, and may grant or deny the Application, after making and adopting Findings
of Fact and Conclusions of Law.
