Mike,
I made the following “clean-up” changes as requested:
deleted condition #37 (and re-numbered the remaining provisions) since it was the same as #20.
Deleted condition #40 since it was essentially the same as #2k.
Deleted the reference to the previous Bainbridge Franklin project (#1g).
Renumbered the items after #4 which was deleted.

The effort to consolidate the five (5) project DA’s into one has been a challenge—and it appears that we’re almost there!
Following review, I propose consideration of the tweaks on attached Exhibit A pages 53, 57, 58 and 60. Nothing
significant—just clean-ups.
