There WAS a traffic study done with the original application. This multifamily project with the 7 fourplexes of 28 units
total was part of this study exactly as proposed. All improvements have already been completed. The site has all
infrastructure in place, including sidewalks. The only civil improvements at this point would be pouring the asphalt. I
have included the original ACHD report if you would like to see it. I have also included the original staff report as well.

Alan,
I also meant to ask if there was a study done, did it include the density/estimated trips for this particular portion of the
project. If so, were there any concerns?
Thank you,

Alan,
Sorry this question is so late in coming. I noticed an email that you had sent to Mr. Brown @ ACHD regarding a traffic
study. Looks like he responded that there was one required upon the preliminary plat application.
My question; Was that study done & did you get to see it? Also, was it for the initial overall DA for the entire Jump
Creek Subdivision (AZ-14-011, PP-14-013)?
Thank you,
Bill Cassinelli
